Order products
The customer has no objection to all the terms in the quotation, formulates the relevant purchase contract, confirms the terms of the contract by both parties, and signs (seals) to confirm.
Payment terms
Payment methods are bank transfer, cash or other approved methods, and domestic payments are accepted in RMB.
Freight Policy
1. Freight conditions
The delivery place of the product is the warehouse of Shanghai Jidu International Company, and our company selects the carrier to ship the product to the customer's designated receiving place.
2. Freight
Implement in accordance with the corresponding order contract;
3. Risk of loss
After Shanghai Jidu International Company handed over the goods to the carrier and processed the relevant documents, the risk of loss was transferred to the customer. Until the customer pays in full, the product remains owned by Shanghai Jidu International Company. If the product is damaged in transit, the customer must claim compensation from the carrier. Shanghai Jidu International will assist in the claim against its appointed carrier.
Product Receipt and Rejection
1. Receipt of goods:
When the customer receives the product and accepts it, confirm that the name, model, quantity and other information of the product are correct. At the same time, the packaging of the product is intact, the product is not scratched, damaged and other surface quality problems, please sign at the customer signature confirmation of the delivery note, and send it back to Shanghai Jidu International Company. The signature of you or the consignee entrusted by you means that you have confirmed that the receipt information is correct, and Shanghai Jidu International Company has the right not to accept the return or exchange request on this ground.
After you sign for the receipt, if there is a quality problem with the product, please contact the customer service center of Shanghai Jidu International Company in time. The customer service staff will help you deal with it in time, if you need to return or exchange, you can refer to the corresponding terms.
2. Commodity rejection:
When the customer receives the product and finds that the product has surface quality problems after acceptance, please point it out to the delivery personnel, and reject the defective product on the spot, and indicate it on the receipt form. And please contact the customer service center of Shanghai Jidu International Company in time to help you solve it in time.
Make-up process
When the customer receives the product, please check whether the product packaging is damaged on the spot, and be sure to check the product name, model and quantity according to the delivery note, especially pay attention to the check of relevant accessories. If you find the missing, please contact the customer service center of Shanghai Jidu International Company as soon as possible. After confirmation, the customer service staff will arrange to replace the missing products for you as soon as possible.
Supplemental Provisions
1. Force majeure
Shanghai Gidu International Company shall not be liable for any partial or total delay or inability to perform due to natural disasters, social incidents, out of stock, inability to purchase products, supplies or raw materials, adverse weather conditions, or any other circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Shanghai Gidu International Company in its business operations.
2. Cancel the order
Cancellation of orders is subject to approval by Shanghai Jidu International Company and may be subject to logistics, labor and other costs incurred.
3. Entire Agreement and Assignment
These Terms and Conditions and the forms, confirmations, quotations, invoices, terms and conditions of the website and the terms of sale of the order contract are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and together constitute the entire and complete agreement between the Customer and Shanghai Gidu International. The customer's receipt of the order contract or receipt of the ordered goods or services by Shanghai Jidu International shall be deemed to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Without written consent, any modification of the Terms shall not be binding on Shanghai Jidu International Company. Without the prior written consent of Shanghai Gido International Company, the customer may not assign the order or other rights and interests therein, and any non-consent transfer shall be invalid for Shanghai Gido International Company.
4. Waiver, choice of law, venue and dispute resolution
The failure of either party to assert a right under these Terms or to insist on compliance with a term or condition shall not constitute a waiver of that right or permit any subsequent breach by either party of any such term or condition. All transactions shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If the parties cannot resolve disputes arising from the transaction of Shanghai Jidu International Company, they shall be submitted to the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission in Shanghai for arbitration settlement in accordance with its arbitration rules in force at that time.
